Edmund Blampied (1886 - 1966) was probably the most eminent artist to come from the Channel Islands. He had no formal training in art until he was fifteen years old. He is most well known for his etchings and dry-points but was also a book illustrator, caricaturist, cartoonist and lithographer. He also worked in oils, water colours and in bronze.

Published in 1926, this book obviously offers a complete catalogue of the artist's etchings and dry-points up to that stage of his prolific career.

This edition is limited to three hundred and fifty copies of which this is n umber 335
